Terms of Service for FireOps RMS

By accessing or using FireOps RMS("the Application"), a product of FireOps Technologies, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service("Terms") . These Terms apply to all authorized users of the Application, which includes personnel from licensed fire departments . Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Application .

1. Account Responsibility

Login Credentials : Each user is provided with unique login credentials for accessing the Application . You agree not to share, disclose, or transfer your credentials to any other individual . Unauthorized sharing will result in immediate revocation of access .
Account Security : You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials . If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify your administrator immediately .
Department - Specific Usage : Your account is tied to a specific fire department's installation of the Application. You may not attempt to access data or resources from installations belonging to other departments.

2. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

FireOps RMS contains sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information specific to each fire department’s operations. You agree not to disclose or disseminate this information to any unauthorized individuals or third parties.

3. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to maintain professionalism within the Application. Abusive behavior or attempts to access restricted areas will result in disciplinary actions.

4. Termination of Access

Access to the Application is based on trust. Breaches of these Terms will result in suspension or termination of your access. Departments may also impose their own disciplinary actions.

5. System Integrity and Security

Users must not disrupt or compromise the security of the Application. Any interference or unauthorized access will lead to disciplinary actions.

6. Data Ownership

All data within FireOps RMS, including user activity data, is owned by the client organization (fire department). FireOps Technologies, LLC only acts as a processor.

7. Policy Changes

FireOps Technologies, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated to administrators.
